Is it real steam? Is it hot?

No. It's a cool water mist, not hot steam, so it's safe to use on your pet's coat.

Can I add shampoo or oils?

We recommend plain water only. Additives can clog the mist and may irritate your pet's skin.

My pet is nervous of it. What should I do?

Start with the mist off and just brush. Once they're relaxed, turn on the mist for short sessions and reward them with treats.
