This website is operated by Snug & Snout ("we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you're using it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- colors may look slightly different depending on your screen,
- sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between batches, and
- Product packaging may differ from what's pictured.
Please check the size guide and measurements on each product page before ordering. We may limit quantities, change product details, or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pet safety and product use
Your pet's safety matters to us. By purchasing, you agree to use our products responsibly:
- Supervise your pet when using toys, beds, mats, and accessories, especially when introducing something new.
- No pet product is indestructible. Inspect items regularly and remove any that are torn, chewed, damaged, or have loose parts to prevent choking or swallowing.
- Choose the right size for your pet's weight and size, using the product page guidance.
- Keep pet products away from young children. Small parts may be a choking hazard.
- Follow the care instructions provided with each product.

5. Pricing and errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Occasionally, our website may contain errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, even after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
6. Orders
An order confirmation email confirms that we've received your order. It doesn't mean we've accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed quantity limits. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
7. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and contact information, and to promptly update it if anything changes. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
8. Discount codes and promotions
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can't be combined, can be used once per customer, have no cash value, and can't be applied to previous orders. We may change or end any promotion at any time.
9. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
10. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with our store and marketing, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. Reviews should reflect your honest experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, spam, or unrelated to our products, but we don't remove reviews simply because they're negative.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
